Memorandum of Agreement

Versar and the Chesapeake Bay Program signed a Memorandum of Agreement that officially opened this site on Thursday, October 28, 1999.  Under the Memorandum of Agreement, Versar, Inc. works cooperatively with other Chesapeake Bay Program partners to develop and maintain a regional information management system which makes data and information available to the program agencies and the public.

Signatories to the Agreement include Versar, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and the Chesapeake Bay Program. At the signing ceremony, officials of the Chesapeake Bay Program presented Versar President Theodore M. Prociv with a Parnership Award in recognition of the Agreement.
